Projects - Floating Workshops

Floating WorkshopsThe flagship event of the TRBP is an annual Floating Workshop, usually held in June. We have devoted a page on each year's workshops. Our most recent floating workshop (2014) focused on the Pachaug River watershed and pond management. FW 13 focused on Connecticut's Changing Shoreline.  We celebrated 40 Years of the Clean Water Act in the Willimantic River for Floating Workshop XII The 2011 Floating Workshop theme was The French River.  In 2010, Poquetanuck Cove was featured.  The 2009 Floating Workshop focused on upland contributions of nitrogen to Long Island Sound.  The 2008 Floating Workshop featured the Natchaug River watershed.  In 2007, we sponsored a bus tour of the Shetucket River.  You can also see some of the materials presented, as well as a number of pictures from our Floating Workshops in 2006, 2005, and 2004.
